We do several things to get sound into your news. In many markets our anchors produce voice reports for later anchors -- VO's, in the lingo. We also do newsmaker interviews as needed, and include that sound in casts while it's appropriate.
In addition, some of our stations send us audio from morning shows, public affairs programs and impromptu newsmaker visits. Bottom line, we do everything we can to give you the sound you seek, whether it's headline-style casts or casts with a lot of sound. |
